Bananas:

Directions:
Process the following ingredients in a blender:
1 banana
1 tbsps of chia seeds
3/4 cup of steel cut oats
1 scoop of whey protein
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 cup of filtered water
Add more water for desired consistency if necessary
If you don’t like almond butter, you can use your favorite nut butter
