Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients in this healthy creamy cauliflower dip recipe.
Cauliflower:
It is packed with a compound called sulforaphane, which has been shown to kill cancer stem cells. It also has potent anti-inflammatory and heart health benefits.
Garlic:

Lemon juice:

2 tbsp of tahini
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1 pinch of cumin and smoked paprika
Blend until smooth and creamy
Serve with cut veggies like carrots and celery
