Take a green and healthy step and think yoga.
Beginning September 2012, the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health will provide teacher training courses on the west coast for the first time since it’s U.S. inception 47 years ago.
For healthy living oriented West Coast residents in need of an alternative job, this is a great opportunity.
Yoga is known to help de-stress and de-compress. Adopting healthy habits is crucial to aging well and living longer.
Yoga is on the rise. Yogi entrepreneurs are creating classes like: Yoga and Kayaking, Swingolf Yoga and Circus Yoga.
Kripalu is the yoga for “every body”, as it specifically focuses on inner strength and balance both on and off the mat over posture and stamina. Senior teachers Brahmani Liebman and Jashoda Edmunds, a duo that have over 50 years of cumulative experience, will lead the training course.
For the wary or inexperienced, they are offering 2 FREE intro classes prior to the training course in September.
