Almond milk:

Avocados:
As the main ingredient in this heart health avocado smoothie, they are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, and other healthy fats that are great for the heart. Avocados are also packed with antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory properties.
Limes:
New research shows that limes may have potent heart health benefits. The study showed that lime juice slowed down the process of plaque buildup on artery walls.
Process the following ingredients in a blender:
1 avocado
1 cup of almond milk
Juice from 1/2 a lime
1 tbsp of coconut sugar
