  • Dairy free organic coconut coffee ice cream recipe:
  • Ingredients:
  • 5 cups coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar or 3 tbsps raw honey
  • 1 cup brewed organic coffee
  • A dash of pink Himalayan salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of  vanilla powder
  • Instructions:
  • Mix and whisk the coconut milk, coffee and honey or sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat (5 to 7 minutes).
    Transfer to a BPA-Free glass container
  • Add the coconut flakes
  • Let cool 15 minutes
  • Refrigerate overnight
    Transfer to a freezer container and let freeze for 8 hours
