- Dairy free organic coconut coffee ice cream recipe:
- Ingredients:
- 5 cups coconut milk
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar or 3 tbsps raw honey
- 1 cup brewed organic coffee
- A dash of pink Himalayan salt
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
- Optional: 1 tbsp of vanilla powder
- Instructions:
- Mix and whisk the coconut milk, coffee and honey or sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat (5 to 7 minutes).
Transfer to a BPA-Free glass container
- Add the coconut flakes
- Let cool 15 minutes
- Refrigerate overnight
Transfer to a freezer container and let freeze for 8 hours
