- This is a deliciously healthy homemade sugar-free ketchup recipe.
- Ketchup is one of the most popular condiments in America.
- It is known for its tangy, tart taste, and adds great flavor to potatoes. Kids love it, and adults never outgrow it.
- Unfortunately, most store-bought ketchup products are filled with excess sodium and high-fructose corn syrup.
- High sodium diets are often linked to high blood pressure. A Princeton study found that high-fructose corn syrup might contribute to obesity.
- Try making your own and you control the ingredients.
