Black pepper:

Directions:
• Heat a large saucepan on medium-high heat
• Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and spread around pan
• Add 1 chopped red onion and sautee until tender
• Add 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, and a few pinches of salt
• Cook for 3 minutes
• Add 4 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
• Add 1 cup of chickpeas
• Add 3 cups of chopped kale
• Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes
• Remove from heat and serve
