Dark chocolate:

Strawberries:

Directions:
Place 1/2 cups of organic dark chocolate chips in a saucepan
Put the saucepan over medium heat until chocolate in melted while stirring
Dip two-thirds of each strawberry into the melted chocolate
Let the excess chocolate drip back into the saucepan
Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet
Sprinkle lemon zest over the strawberries
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes)
