This recipe includes strawberries which are packed with a great variety of antioxidants, and help boost your immune system at the same time.
Optional: You can add mint to give it a fresh flavor.
The fruits infuse well and delicate shade of pink takes place.
This is an easy, simple and inexpensive recipe!
Strawberry infused water:
Use 1/3 cup of strawberries
Otpional: 8 sprigs of mint
1tbsp of orange blossom water (optional)
Regardless of the flavor:
Use a BPA-Free pitcher or mason jar, add 3 to 5 cups of filtered water.
If you do not like mint you can use rosemary or thyme instead.
Please use organic ingredients and filtered water to get the full benefits.
Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for at least one hour
The vitamin water can keep up to 2 days and you can refill it too.
