We are thrilled to announce that the 12th Annual Taste of Tel-Hi is fast approaching!
When: Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 6 – 9 pm
Where: The Joe DiMaggio Playground, 651 Lombard Street
Why: The fundraiser is an evening bringing together local culture, cuisine and community to benefit the Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center.
Event is co-chaired by John Frawley, President and CEO of The Bay Institute and Aquarium of the Bay and Lynn Jefferson,President, Tel-Hi Board of Directors.
The local nonprofit, almost 125 years old and one of the oldest non-profits in San Francisco, enhances the lives of toddlers, youth, families and seniors in the community.
The event will bring you cuisine from neighborhoods throughout San Francisco, an exclusive cocktail reception, three- course dinner and amazing live and silent auctions.
Local restaurants such as E&O Asian Kitchen, Hard Rock Café, Pier 23 Café, Scoma’s will be participating.
You will enjoy superb wines from Canihan Family Cellars, The Winery SF, Sol Rouge, and the VIE Winery in addition to a custom-made Tel-Hi-Tini.
The seated dinner will be prepared by the culinary stars: Chef Matthew Dolan from Twenty Five Lusk and Chef Brandon Peacock from Venticello Ristorante & Nob Hill Cafe.
Each course will be uniquely paired with wines provided by Mills Wine Group, Scoma’s, and Wente Vineyards.
