She selected some Holy-Grail late summer skincare products just for you.
While Summer is winding down and Fall is fast approaching, the weather can be hot where many of us live. I selected products that work for the current season, but can still be used as the weather transitions into fall. My love for smaller, affordable skincare brands hasn’t changed. I’ve discovered some new favorites from two brands I like a lot,
Here are my Holy-Grail late summer skincare products:
1. The IQ Natural Rosewater Hydra-Gel Mask:
Many gel masks rinse off without leaving much hydration which isn’t the case for this one. It rinses off yet leaves the skin feeling firmer and more hydrated. Rosewater is a soothing ingredient, the key here is really the glucomannan. Derived from the root of the konjac plant, it’s being used as a substitute here instead of carbomer to form the gel. Because it’s a polysaccharide and a prebiotic sugar, it also supports the skin’s microbiome and acts as a humectant which increases skin hydration. It’s really the star of the show. It’s hydrating but the gel formula makes it suitable for all skin types.
2. IQ Natural Hyper Hydration Serum:
It contains not only hyaluronic acid, glycerin, aloe vera, and amino acids which all hydrate but there’s also panthenol and antioxidants green tea and Vit E to help protect the skin from UV rays and pollution.
Note: Antioxidants still need to be paired with sunscreen. And like all water based products with humectants like hyaluronic acid, apply on skin still slightly damp from cleansing and seal in with moisturizer and/or sunscreen.
3. IQ Natural Lifting Eye Gel and Well Rested Eye Gel:
Both are packaged into pumps which is not only more convenient and sanitary, but protects any unstable ingredients that can degrade when exposed to light and air. The gel is more like a serum texture.
Note: The Lifting Eye Gel is a fantastic option if you want an under eye product that contains proven anti aging, brightening ingredients like glycolic acid, Vitamin C, and kojic acid that’s also formulated to be gentle enough for that sensitive region.

4. IQ Natural Aloe Vera Spray:
It’s great for the body and your hair too.
I am wrapping up with some sunscreen favorites. While we’re exposed to UV rays all year round, particularly UVA, it’s still especially important to protect our skin during summer. Over 80% of skin aging that’s caused by external factors is actually due to sun exposure. Skin Actives is another affordable brand.
5. Advanced Ageless SPF 30 Day Cream:
It is the only mineral sunscreen I’ve tried that is not tinted and that blends in without a cast. Its 18% zinc oxide, broad spectrum, and also has added antioxidants and skincare ingredients too. It’s moisturizing but not greasy and I highly recommend it if you’re normal to dry.
Skin Actives also has a combination sunscreen.
6. Advanced Protection SPF 30:
It is my go-to for the body and also features added antioxidants. During hot weather when I can’t deal with too many layers, I apply the IQ Natural aloe spray on my body and their Hyper Hydration serum on my face for hydration and antioxidants then I use the Skin Actives sunscreens to lock it in.
