Cannellini beans:

Garlic:

Directions:
• Put a large sauce pan on medium-high heat
• Sautee 3 minced cloves of garlic and 1 chopped red onion in the pan for 5 minutes
• Add 3 cups of vegetable broth to the pan
• Add 2 cans of cannellini beans to the pan and bring to a boil
• Reduce heat, add 3 cups of chopped kale, and simmer for 6 minutes
• Add 1/2 tsp of black pepper and a few tsps of Himalayan salt to taste
• Remove from heat and serve
