Ginger:

Fever is the body’s natural defense against cold and flu, and with a little help from this powerful herb, you can attack the root of your flu and find faster relief from your symptoms.”
Lemons:
These tangy citrus fruits have diuretic properties, meaning they help flush out toxins through urine. They are also packed with antioxidants like vitamin C, which help boost the immune system.
Mango:
This tropical fruit is a great source of vitamin C, with 76% of the recommended daily value in one cup.
Parsley:
It is packed with antioxidants such as luteolin and vitamin C.
Process the following ingredients in a blender:
1/2 cup of parsley
1 inch piece of ginger
3 cups of mango
Juice from 1 lemon
2 cups of filtered water
