This is a very simple coconut peach smoothie recipe. Sometimes simple is better.

The coconut milk adds a creamy texture along with healthy fats, while the peaches and oranges add a wide range of nutrients.

Coconut milk:

2 cups of coconut milk

6 ice cubes
