This highly nutritious salt is great for feet, because it removes dead skin and smoothens calluses.
It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties that help detox your feet. The peppermint also helps cool down your skin.
Mix the following ingredients in a BPA-free bowl:
1 cup of Himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup of coconut oil
7 drops of peppermint essential oil
Stir the ingredients and store in a BPA-free jar
You can also refrigerate
Directions:
With your feet in a large basin or bathtub, spread the mixture all over your feet, including your heels and soles, scrubbing well
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes
Rinse with warm water and dry
Finish by applying some coconut oil
