During the autumn season, pumpkins can be great ingredients for your do-it-yourself beauty recipes.
This banana and pumpkin face mask will work wonders for your skin.
Let’s take a look at the ingredients in this organic beauty recipe.
They contain many skin-healthy ingredients, including potassium, which moisturizes the skin, and vitamin E, which protects from UV damage.
Like bananas, pumpkins are high in vitamin E. They are also high in vitamin A and C, which boost collagen and help soften the skin.
Coconut oil is deeply nourishing as it contains vitamin E.
Its anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties can help with acne and pimples.
Mix the following ingredients in a BPA-free bowl:
3 tbsps of pumpkin puree
1/3 of a ripe banana
