- Directions:
- Boil 2-3 cups of filtered water
- Add 1 Tbsp of organic dried Schizandra berries per cup of water into a steeping bag
- Add the steeping bag of berries into the boiling water
- Bring the heat down to a simmer
- Steep for 15 minutes
- Strain
