- Researchers at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University (USDA HNRCA) have found evidence that curcumin, believed to be the primary bioactive component of turmeric, can slow the growth of fat.
Mix the following ingredients in a cup:
- 1 cup of green tea, brewed
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric
