Winter deep nourishing mask

The cold weather can be very harsh on your skin.

This is a simple, inexpensive DIY winter deep nourishing mask recipe.

It will deeply hydrate your skin as if you were giving it a glass of water.

The coconut oil is packed with skin healthy vitamin E and has healing and anti-aging properties.

Oats are filled with minerals, vitamins, and lipids that help moisturize the skin. They also contain anti-inflammatory agents and antioxidants that help fight skin diseases.

Ingredients for the winter deep nourishing mask:

1 Tbsp coconut oil

1 Tbsp oat bran

Directions:

Apply to face with your hands or a mask brush

Leave on the face for 10 to 15 minutes

Rinse face with warm water

Follow by spraying your face with rose water, toner  or organic Witch Hazel

Moisturize

Use this mask once to twice a week

Make sure all ingredients are organic
