Cayenne pepper:
One of cayenne peppers most potent properties is its ability as an anti-inflammatory agent. It is believed that the hotter the pepper, the stronger the anti-inflammatory properties.
Himalayan pink salt:

Olive oil:

Directions:
Remove leaves of 2 heads of kale from stalk and place in a bowl
Add 2 Tbsp of olive oil, spreading evenly on all leaves
Sprinkle 1 tsp of Himalayan salt on leaves evenly
Add 1/3 tsp of cayenne pepper to the kale leaves
Bake in oven at 250 F for 25 minutes
Keep an eye on the kale as it can burn easily
Cool the leaves and store in a BPA-free container
